Makehuman Nightly Builds

All the actual files for nightly builds are now hosted at http://download.tuxfamily.org/makehuman/. In the nightly folder there you can find the following:
People using debian-based linux distributions (such as ubuntu), will most likely want to read instructions for how to install .deb versions of nightly builds instead of installing tarballs manually.

All i386 builds have been done on a 32-bit Ubuntu 8.04. In theory they should run on all linux systems that fulfill the library requirements. Please see the resources page for information on how to install and run the tarball.

The amd64 builds have been built on 64-bit Ubuntu 9.10, and will require python 2.6.

The win32 builds have been build on 32-bit winxp using MinGW and Python 2.6.4. All required DLLs should be included in the zip files.

The Mac OS X builds have been created on a Mac mini using OS X 10.5.8. The build is an Universal Binary (for PPC and Intel Macs) and requires at least OS X 10.5. (aka. Leopard). The OSX builds are made by Hans-Peter Dusel, so please don't mail me questions about them.

Apart from the binaries, the source documentation is also built nightly. This can be found in the apidocs directory.
